It is with great pleasure that I write a brief email to compliment your staff member Lemmy Mochabang who has assisted me with the updating of my policy.
Lemmy showed a high level of attending to my query in a quick manner. He understood my problem and was able to resolve it. It is not often one finds this level of responsibility and high level of customer service in today's working environment and for this reason I bring this to your attention.
