Nedbank
Terrible service for a new client

I applied for a new account with nedbank and they told me I can go to Postmasburg branch and collect my card I get there that lady was very nice and helpfull. But I could not get my card and I need it today before 4 to change my banking details. Is this the service all Nedbank's new clients recieve??? Did I made a mistake by changing to them???
