Unauthorised Debit and utter disregard for client

I received a call and accepted A policy, only to find out that I am debited for TWO policies where I only accepted ONE.

The first time I endeavoured to resolve, I gave up after having to phone 3 different "offices" and having to hold each time or to phone back after calls were cut. When I did get through, I was given hasty replies with yet another number and/or name to phone or speak to.

The second time I was more tenacious and spoke to a lady who firstly couldn't trace my "policies" and secondly promised me the moon and stars and that I will even receive the calls within my deadline of 6 days. Needless to say, that has been more than 2 months now.

Firstly, I want the "second policy I accepted while having an out of body experience" cancelled immediately and all funds refunded to me within the next 72 hours.

These are trivial amounts debited and under the notification limit.

Secondly, the policy I did accept, I want cancelled as of inception as my faith in this company has been severely shaken and I do not trust them to administer my claims with this atrocious level of service!
