Cloned card, now it's my problem?

Can someone please tell me how the bank will show proof of a cloned card? And I will not be satisfied until I see a video of the person withdrawing my money with the cloned card at the ATM as I am certainly not a criminal. Besides the bank can't provide me with measures to avoid like this in the future!! When is it going to happen again because it sure isn't safe banking with you as we've seen by previous posts on this website??
