Im really frustrated by the prime meridian direct team, i had an accident in January 2013 and seven months later my case is still not finalized. i have been told stories of missing accident reports and knows what else. the final straw was when i was threatened that my claim will be thrown out seeing as im not being helpful simply because i did not send them proof of payment for my car due to time constrains even after they called the dealership and confirmed that i actually bought the car and dont owe anything on it. im having a horrible time as i write this, as i dont know what to do next. i dont believe that anyone should expirience this.

they dont care of your concerns, their clientele service is to the dogs, infact they should not even be on the market as an insurer. they are too much of an inconvinience.
