Over 2 months and still no solution

I previously posted a complaint about absa approximatley 2 months back with regards to them taking money fro my account. I managed to get feedback and was liaising with Karen Jonker, who helped quite abit. But now i seem to be getting no response with regards to the matter, i have emailed about 2 or 3 times to ask for updates, with no response and i have tried callin 011 221611 and no answer. i was told my acc is in arrears so they cannot execute a skip payment (which i requested in Aug) to begin with my acc was in arrears because Melanie did not follow up on the skp payment request she sent through, so she sent another one after my hellopeter complaint and again failed to follow up until Karen pestered her..but now i am receiving no feedback fom either parties and all my other accounts will now be in arrears becasue 1stly Absa took my money after i made arrangements and 2ndly, nobody seems to be handling my situation. Please advice my course of action. Absa wont pay my accounts and the accounts ppl dont care if im having financial issues so what do i do.
