I AM SO FED UP WITH ABSA'S EMPLOYEES & HOW I AM BEING TREATED AS A CLIENT, ONCE AGAIN I AM BEING HOUNDED BY COLLECTIONS AGENTS WITH MY BOND BEING IN ARREARS, I MADE A PAYMENT ON THE 22 AUGUST, ON THE 23RD AUGUST WE WENT INTO THE BRANCH & HAD THE INSTALMENT DATE CHANGED TO THE 1ST, THE ENQUIRY CLERK INFORMED ME I WILL BE PAYING A PORTION ON THE 1ST WHICH I WAS OK WITH, I ASKED HIM WILL I BE PAYING THE FULL INSTALMENT & HE SAID NO ONLY A PORTION FOR THESE FEW DAYS UNTIL THE 1ST SEPT & ON THE 1ST OCTOBER I WILL BE PAYING MY NORMAL INSTALMENT, BUT NOW ON THE 1ST SEPTEMBER I AM SAID TO PAY R1590 THAT'S BASICALLY MY INSTALMENT. BELOW IS PART OF AN EMAIL SENT TO ME FROM KAREN & NONE OF WHAT SHE SAID BELOW IS BEING DONE & I AM STILL AWAITING HER FEEDBACK ON MY RETURN EMAIL ON THE 26TH AUGUST.

We herewith confirm that the instalment will be changed after the 1st of September 2013.
