Panic Assist
My acount was debted without my consent

A lady named Hlengiwe called me about an insurance police for panic assist that costs R95 or something, she knew my name and surname but I didn't give her any information about me. I told her I would discuss the product with my boyfriend and told her to send me brouchers and that was all we discussed. Then end of the month I received a notification from the bank that R250 was deducted from my account for panic assist which I didn't make an arrangement with. I called and got the supervisor which I forgot her name we fixed the misunderstanding but I still receive calls from this lady Hlengiwe and she is so rude and even hangs up while I try and get an explanation on how she got my information
