I had a debt with bodylad gym which was handed over to Bennets and for judgment of R1714 and then Flemix and took over the acc and garnished me for R2800 but when i requested a settlement letter they wanted R4800. which i paid off. now i'm requesting a paid up letter and to be cleared from the itc i'm being told by Rose Selepe they i have to pay them R498.00 for them to clear my name or i have can go to any legal firm to do that for me even though they are the ones that listed me. i mean how is that possible? i've paid up all the amounts they demanded from me even though i felt it was too much but they still want some more money from me in order for me to have a good credit record again??? No man this is really unfair!!! :( :( :( :( :(
