Outsurance
Pricing system is CRAZY!!!

Some background:
So i was with outsource for over a year when i lived in Cape Town. Never claimed. Not ones. my premium was around R800.

So i moved to Joburg in April, 2013 i called Outsource to update with my new address in Beverly. i expected my premium to go up moving to Joburg and all. But not to R1, 464.68. When got that quote i had specified that my car is kept on the driveway in a secure estate. Never mind that this is a ridiculous sum. So the next day i thought hmmm, let me organise parking in a garage and call outsurance. Which i did. Called outsurance to say my car now stays in locked garage hoping my premium would go down. How wrong was i R1, 706.87. So i went with a budget insurance quote of R1100. Still a little high.

So having my car in a more secure location pushes my premium UP. All i got was we will escalate to our actuaries and get back to you. Nothing.

Today (31 Sep, 2013) i just got another quote with a new address in Ferndale. Guess what? R2151! My Car installment is R2800. Really?

I've paid you people a lot of money and feel my loyalty is not being rewarded.
