Failure to assist

To whom it may concern

Nthati Sesetini id No. 6804201084083 has had the most awful assistance from this major bank provider. The account is experiencing problems as the consultants are not able to log into the account. All she can do is just withdraw money and nothing else. What is the point of having debit orders go through but a person can not even have a look at her statement or know whats going on within her rights. No one is will to assist Nthati with this matter. Poor Bulelwa is the one the will have the blame put on as she was the last to assist with the not ending problem.

Such a large company but it's investigations and technicians are of no help or is it because people are not educated so they can be pushed around.

Several different branches say the same thing but not one has helped with the matter.
