I have been a standard bank client since 1999 and my problems started in 2011 until now nobody seem to have a solution.the bank cant help me in anyway because they claim my ID no has a alert thingy which nobody cant seem to explain. I have raised numerous complains via Hello Peter, facebook, branches but nobody can assist me. The bank cant even assist me with loans or anything else just because of that alert.its funny cos they are the only ones who pick this thing up everywhere else I go I dont have such a problem.there is no solution and no answers about what is going on with my account.there seem to be too much fiddling with it and nobody is accountable for it. I am scared now for my security maybe its time I close an account and go to another bank.whats the use of having a bank who cant assist you with anything except withdrawing and depositing? this is a 3rd year and I still have the same problem with the same bank.how frustrating it is
