Really Bad service regarding policies

Hey!
I just want to say that the service you recieve from standerdbank regarding their polisies is really bad.
My partner ttoke a accidental policy from standerd bank years ago and never missed a payment.
He was murdered and the suspect was arrested on the scene.
All documents they needed i got for them, plus a avidavit from the investigating officer stating that i was a victim in the crime against my partner.

I got all paperwork they requested, Standerd bank does not give you any feedback regarding the policy, i had to phone so many times and every time they have a different story, i understand that everything needs to be investigated,

last time i spoke to someone there they said it can take another 6 - 12 months before the claim can get handled of.

i have a almost 2 year old, and he needs food and nappies. standerdbank does not regard your feelings, they are a cold company. i will not recommend that any one take out policies from standerd bank. cause you will die of hunger before you get the money what is suppose to help you through times off loss.
