I am really tired of wasting my airtime calling you guys because of simple errors that are made by your people. I had a debit order deducted from the wrong account as you guys were transferring a debit order i didnt have and i am appalled as to how that mistake could have been made considering that i had highlighted the debit order on an existing bank statement. Now i have been charged for a scheduled payment notification on my Smart acoutn which i just opened but you cannot tell me what the notification was as there were no scheduled payments that went out/in at all on any of my accounts during the period when the charge was deducted. I spoke to a lady called Anjelique who still has not called me back to let me know what the charge was and the charge has not been reversed. R2.75 might be a small amoutn of money but collectively it counts. These little errors of yours really need to be nipped in the bud!!! I have called you more times than i would liek to call my bank in the past few weeks. I would like ot call to compliment not complain
