Debit order changed withour request

I have a home loan with Nedbank for a rental property I own. Around a month ago I received a call from Nedbank asking why my debit orders are not going off and when will I have the arrears paid. Because I do not heck the account I wasnt aware that the debit order wasn't going off.

After investigating, it was found they had in fact changed the debit order to another one (not even my account) without my request for some or other reason. After questioning Nedbank about this, the Nedbank representative said they will have to refer to their manager to get feedback.

Since then, other Nedbank representatives has phoned me twice again, with exactly the same question. After I question them on why THEY changed the debit details without my request, they say they need to refer it to a manager.

I have also logged a call on their company website, which resulted in another representative phoning me, getting the facts and stating they will refer and get back to me.

Up to date I have not heard from then again. I also questioned them that surely they cannot expect to debit me 6 months of payments at once because of their mistake, as well as how will the interest be paid back.
