Just a huge Mistake., ... Never take out Pet insurance or any other insurance / policy with this company... You can leave messages with the untrained staff to get management to return a call... 17 times... and still nobody assists nor resolves nor gets back to you! Price quoted is not what is the actual. Poor product knowledge and probem solving absent!

Overall far too upset to justify why this pathetic company should not be supported!!!
