No follow up on a claim and does not return calls

My Car was broken into and the window glass was broken on Wednesday 21 St August. I discovered this on the Thursday and reported to the police and Miway Insurance. The glass was only replaced the next day, in spite of the glass being broken and me advising them that it is not safe to have the vehicle parked overnight with no glass. Lee Paulse did no follow up at all. I always had to call him and he could not give me any satisfactory answers. He always said that he would find out and come back to me, which he never did. At 11:30 this morning after I phoned him again to enquire about my claim on the laptop he advised me that I need proof of purchase but did not tell me how to send it to him. I called again and spoke to Clarky, as Lee was still unavailable and he gave me an email address to send it to. I have still to receive confirmation of receipt and to find out when I will receive on this claim.
