Still waiting for issues to be addressed

1. FNB have charged interest in spite of my account being paid in full as it always is. Issued statement reflects that the amount due and amount paid are identical, nothing overdue. It should be a simple matter for FNB to rectify. Three months later and it still has not been rectified.

2. An overseas online shop has failed to issue a refund for returned goods. No wonder retailers think they can just get away with not issuing refunds.

3. I have been telling FNB since last year that someone at the bank entered a random, non-existent billing address on my credit card account in August 2012. Instead of fixing it someone then went and changed the e-mail address for my statements. It is now a year later and FNB still can't get this right.

4. I have requested an explanation of the allocation of reward points as they appear to have been allocated inconsistently. Once more e-mails to FNB have been ignored.

It's no wonder FNB fouled up my home loan cash back. Happy to pocket the thousands of Rands in fees I paid, but does nothing to correct their mistake.
