I complained about them a few months ago and the account is still not rectified. I took this loan in Sept 2012. I paid it 3 years in advance. The advance was not capitalised, when I called on Friday, I was told that the money was being refunded to me of which I asked if they could rather refund half and capitalise the other. Each person I spoke to gave me a different story altogether each time. The agents are clearly not trained and therefore provide the wrong information. I have called through on numerous occasions so far and each time I get a different answer still. They now say that the instalment is reduced to /-R200 and my balance outstanding was R1700. Who in their right mind will pay R200 for another 3 years. This company is a rip off. I asked for the ombudsman contact details and it goes to voice mail to leave a message for them to call me back. I AM SO DISGUSTED AT THE WAY THEY OPERATE. I need help to sort out my query, how many other people are going through the same thing.
