Claimed on funeral policy and didnt get paid

I submitted a claim on the 7th of December 2012 and I was helped by a consultant named Gugu she told me I will get my money on the following tuesday. I waited for a week and i didnt get paid. So then called the Cape Town head office and they said i must call Mr Mdunge in Durban and i did. Mr Mdunge said he will investigate, He then got back to me and said i forfeit the money becouse im not the person's relative and i didnt bury the person, and i have been paying for the person (my brother in law) his name being Phillemon Mduduzi Mbatha... he was sopposed to be covered in my burial scheme.
