My account still note reconciled!!!

Hi,

I am at my wits end with MFC.

I received a threatening sms from them threatening to come reposes my car even through I had made an arrangement to pay with them. problem is that the arrear amount MFC was telling me I owed was more that what the collection company quoted, I phoned Dale Nicholson on the 5th of August and asked for a recon and he said he was going to send it shortly, till now I haven't received anything and the bank has passed two debit orders from my account.

Its now the 25th August and I haven't received even a reference number to alert me that my query was being handled. when I send Dale e-mails asking for contact numbers of the legal person handling my account he doesn't respond.

How could they pass debit order through my account if there is a dispute regarding the arrears? am I not supposed to query my account because I am in arrears? this seems to me like a culture of unfair practice by MFC
