Account settled but handed over to legal departmen

We contact MCF on the 29 July to obtain a settlement amount the same day the account was settled. we send them proof of payment together with an email to please cancell the debit order. on the 1 august the debit order was deducted from our account. we phoned mfc and they suggest we go to the bank and reverse the debit order, and also confirmed that they can see that a settlement amount was paid and that as from the 5th August we can go and collect the NATIS. on the 15th August to our surprise we received a SMS to contact NONGEKHO Ramogase 011 879 9023 regarding the account that is in arrears... What, but the account was settled... since this morning i try to contact her but no answer. I URGENTLY NEED THE NATIS, but unfortunatly we can not collect if the account is not sorted out. so what do we do. No assistance from the 0860 number, they say we must speak to Nongekho but clearly this person "doesnt exsist' I am fed up with MCF and their service...
