REFUSE TO MATCH INTEREST RATE

I have been a Nedbank customer for the past 10Years. I have Chq, Savings, Credit Card and Bond with Nedbank and purchased 3 vehicles through their MFC div in the past 2.5 Years. I'm in the process of selling my current vehicle for another one and they point blank refuse to go lower that 10.5%. I even sent them proof that competitor bank will do transaction at 8.5% (prime) but they still refuse due to and I quote "best economically profitable rate ". They clearly don't see me as a valued customer and it is very clear to me now that they don't care about the bigger picture taking into account all the other charges and interest they make on a month to month basis out of me. It doesn't make sense, is it to much to ask to match a quote from a opposition bank or just turn business away based on profitability. This really leaves a very bad taste in my mouth and I am really debating if I want to continue using their services.
