8TH AUG tyres -reported by 10am. With NO transport not much I could do. Only 1 written quote but had no idea what I had to do. Justin told me they would tow my car 2b repaired and bring it to me!! At 4.45 pm THURS: Siyabonga said they NOT paying. No transport and Alas long weekend and they dont work Sat. (what happened re hired car in policy?) I had to wait for Mon-another quote-incorrect and only knew by 4pm. TUES:13TH AUG: got taxi to TWT-arranged for similar rims & tyres, that quote thru to Siyabonga from TELESURE. 13TH AUG: Yes paymnt takes 3 days to get to my account. My premium goes up IMMEDIATELY. MON: 19TH - My payment still not received.?? TUES: 20th Aug-phoned them-wheres my paymnt. THUR:22nd Aug-there was a problem at the banks!!!??? It will take another 2 days before its in my account. THATS NOW 2 WEEKS SINCE MY ((18 DAYS) AND ANOTHER WEEKEND. MON:26TH AUG: 11 DAYS: I will have been waiting for payment!! Thank goodness for friends who paid for my new wheels!!! "INSURANCE LIKE IT SHOULD BE" - most defnitely NOT!! WILL NEVER recommend to anybody.
