We completed the application and Peter informed me that it would take 5 business days before I would get an answer. On the 4th business day Peter gave me a call to enquire about the amount of deposit that we have available. But we supplied this information when we did the application. I advised Peter again about our deposit amount, and requested to send it through to the deal facilitators at ABSA so that we can get an outcome. On the afternoon of the 5th business day, I phoned the Home Loans call centre and was informed that Peter never sent through the requested information regarding deposit amount to the deal facilitators. The call centre agent assisted me quickly and sent through the information to the deal facilitators. his afternoon I phoned the Home Loan call centre again to get a status update since Peter never kept me in the loop of things. The call centre agent said that the deal facilitators have sent through the application outcome to the Consultant at the branch (Peter). I had enough, will be moving all my accounts to another bank that actually would like to help their clients.
