Excuses to settle claims

I am reporting an incident my colleague had with the abovementioned company. Since 2010 my colleague has had a Warranty agreement which is administered by abovementioned company.

Recently when she lodged a claim with abovementioned company they gave her the run around and made every simple excuse not to settle the claim. The service to her vehicle included the parts under warranty which was done by local motor dealer, but when she lodge the claim they wanted pictures of the parts which by then was disposed off by local motor dealer

After 2 months of haggling they still had not been able to settle and my colleague out of frustration sent a notification to cancel the contract- this was done within 2 hrs of the document sent to them. This is another act of swindling consumers buy these insurance companies who promise the to protect consumers yet they end up screwing them of their hard earned cash.

After months of payments this is the attitude and service by the above mentioned company- Fortunately I dont deal with such a bunch of -making excuses that they are acting on a legal document of Wes bank- where is the intergrity and ethics of this company - NON existent!!!
