I've been a Nedbank client for 14 years. I put up with their high charges because their customer service WAS good. NEDBANK charges a fortune for absolutely everything. I've now twice had to get them to reverse charges they just whimsically levy on your account. Charge charge charge. I over drew my account by R200 and rectified it the next day but because they ALOWED 2 transaction to go through they charged me R90 f@$$ing rand per transaction. That birthday lunch was sure expensive. Goodbye NEDBANK hello Steve. I've moved my credit card (better rate), vehicle finance (better rate) and next month my check account. I've had enough of your... t. Just charge charge charge, what happened to the phone call? Don't bother to phone me. Too little to late. You absolutely. Customer service is out the window. I've put up with your service for too long. You almost cost me an extra R 2000 on my vehicle because you dragged your feet for a month with your internal politics. I don't care about what goes on in the back but if you mess me around I go elsewhere. Westbank did the deal in a day and I didn't even Bank there and at a better interest rate-now how's them apples.
