Debit Order ran early

This is the second time that a debit order ran early the fist time I phoned to change it so that it runs after the 25th, but it ran today on the 23rd. I need my money reversed today still as I need it for the weekend. When I phone i get told that it could not be done. What am I supposed to do if I have no money. This is unacceptable. I need this sorted out today still.
