Early debit orde

Got a SMS from Old Mutual Finance that my debit order was declined and I must call them urgently. Who gave them permission to run a debit order today?? The debit order runs month end and that is what I signed for! Not everybody gets pay early in December!!!

If I get a bad credit report because of this, there will be trouble.
