It's the first time that we have a credit card and thought we'd go and find out how exactly it works. The first time we went to this branch, 28/12/2012, a lady indicated that we should come back in the new year as their pricing would differ. We went back on the 12th of Jan 2013 and was told to go to a certain lady, unfortunately not getting her name. She printed the pre-agreement and that's when the fun started. She wasn't able to explain simple things such as what the interest would be on our specific agreement and to make matters worse, she wasn't even able to explain what the current prime rate was. She kept changing her statements a hundred times, such as the service fee is included monthly, then it's yearly etc. We ended up getting the card and hoping if we go to another branch they would be able to explain it properly before we use it. We finally got assisted at Hatfield's branch by someone who works at ENQUIRIES! Isn't that atrocious? Someone from enquiries is better equip to explain something a sales consultant is suppose to know by heart?? It is terrible to think that in this day and age, people have to rely on ignorant sales consultants to give proper advice!!
