Worst service ever - Eco Sales

We had a Heat Pump installed in May 2013 - not to our specifications firstly and without having someone explain to us how the unit works. We tried since then contacting the manager of Eco Sales in order to try and rectify the problem, but to no avail. There was a promise made after every phone call to come back to us by the following day, and up till now it was us phoning them, they making promises and us still stuck with a unit not working as it is suppose to. Still we are waiting... Not satisfied at all with this horrible service and lack of follow up by the manager who is never available. We will not advice anyone to purchase a unit from the mentioned company located at the Stodels, Durbanville branch. It seems that our efforts to save electricity and water ended up being a full blown Eco disaster.
