Ad service and do not help members properly

Last here we were and still is in the process of buying a home, we gave the bulding and sales agreement legal wise to check if the contracts is not bias and save for us to sign, meaning we are not getting ourselves in anything we do not understand, legal wise gave this feedback . that the contract is legal and o'right and we can go ahead., they were suppose to explain all these things to me. They made me belief that everything in the contract is agreeable.this year i received a back dated tax invoice for R8000.00 plus the current occupational rent of R4000. 00 which the seller wants in15 days which is R12000.00So i went back to legal wise 18/2/13, and was helped Renay. it came across as she was not my laywer but the other parties lawyer as all her opinion and advice was to their offence. Meaning she told me i should have read the contract and I cannot live for free, and their is nothing i can do about it because the contract is legal &;verbalcommunication is no proof, the more i try to explain to her that, the other party was negligent and isrequestingimpossible, she can only arrange down payments and our time is up, we were so to speak chased out because our time was over, nosolution
