Account handed to DMC

I have been handed over to DMC .I m trying to contact DMC in order for me to get my balance as I have been paying since 2011 or 2012 Dec. Their number seems not to be working. I tried to call standard bank today their rehabilitation department their lines keeps cutting me. I m stressed i dont know what to do. All I need is the balance so that I can keep track of the paymentsand no one can provide me with DMC number. Please assist me.
