THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

So about a month ago I Filed a complaint against Wesbank with regards to getting no personal interaction with any staff members as to why my finance wasnt getting approved. Then one day a Gentleman by the name of Grant Jansen contacted me with regards to this complaint. Not only was he willing to listen to my little rant, he came with solutions and assured me that he will handle this matter personally. He stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process and believe it or not managed to help me get Finance!!

Well done on promoting him to the new area manager - he is honestly the kindest most indearing human being i have ever stumbled across!!!
