Bad service that they give to cutomers

Last year I had the same problem with FNB trust were feedback was not given on time. This is the second time, all I want is feedback on the cash shortfall they sent me. I have two cash shortfalls that don't match. All I am asking is to get feedback or detailed breakdowns as requested. I hope the matter get resolved as my last complaint was not they change the executor and the administration lady but the problems are not resolved.
