Feedback with nice attitude

Today I was most pleasantly surprised by the GEPF . I received 2 calls from this office in connection with a application for payment for my ex wife. The gent and especially the lady that phoned from the legal department were very helpfull and friendly. I had no feedback for about 8 months and had given up hope of trying to get a response. The matter is not resolved yet, but now I know what the situation is. The above is due to a miscommunication from various departments of what I was not aware. They saw the complaint on Hellopeter.com and responded in a positive way. Thank you to them and to this forum.
