Dear Avbob
Thank you for your response regarding my previous complaint about continued deductions for my parents' premiums after they had passed away. Unfortunately your condolences are lost on me after Avbob's insensitive treatment of me around my parents' passing.
Please note
1. I was never provided with a revised schedule of premiums when my mother passed away. Surely not being provided with an updated policy is contrary to the Consumer Protection Act and the Financial Services Board's principles of Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF).
2. To date I have not ever been advised formally with a revised contract schedule of the new premiums after my father's passing either, nor has there been any indication that I will recive one. Again, another contravention.
3. To date I have not received a formal reconciliation table of all the wrongful deductions and refunds for both my parents' premiums.
4. I would like to be compensated with the interest you earned on the wrongful deductions of the premiums. Such interest was wrongfully due to you.
5. After such a distateful treatment I want to cancel my Avbob policy with immediate effect.
