I used to be with Outsurance for 9 years last year Feb 2012 I moved to another company and this morning I thought that I would give them a chance to requite on my insurance. Their quote was completely out, like double what I'm paying now and the consultant told me "so you in it for the R 400 buks" This is completely rude and they are the once that advertise it and to top it now you need to wait 30 days for the pay out, This is not what I expected form them, They will never see me again as a customer. Is this what you get for being with them for 9 years
