Distusting 'customer care'

Having wasted an hour trying to pay for an airline ticket with my credit card, I finally find out they've put a hold on my card for knows what. I call. Eventually I get through and they remove the hold. However, I tried again and it would still not go through. Another half hour wasted. I call again. They assure me it will go through. However, by this time I have lost the ONLY reasonably priced ticket, and now I'll have to cough another 150 euro. I call to discuss this and get 'put through' to a manager where I'm kept on hold 8 minutes. I call again, again I'm put through, and left to hold for 9minutes.By this time I'm hugely upset. I try to book my ticket again, which is now even more expensive, and no longer direct. And guess what? The card will still not go through. Virgin Money? Your service is the worst I've had, and your 'don't give a ' attitude shocking. This hold has cost me a fortune and completely wrecked my travel plans, so thank you for nothing. Not to mention the hours I've wasted this morning trying unsuccessfully to sort this out. Disusted.
