I logged a request to have my accounts consoldated against my bond account, sent in all the required documents, that was in the begining of july, its now almost the end of august and I still have not rcvd any feedback. I'm really concerned about the level of service or lack thereoff that I am receiving. I have come to you guys for assistance, and when I call in its always that u guys are in a back log.
