No Feedback - No Refund, Nobody Cares

I have had my salary out of account in Brazil. I have never left this country. I have logged a claim with Standard bank department. I still have no feedback, no refund. when I call to follow up I wait 40min for someone to answer the phone only to end up in the wrong department after I have followed the voice prompts. two weeks after I have logged the case I have received a affidavit that I had to sign and send back. I sent this affidavit three times on the third time. Quote from Standard bank email "On receipt of the affidavit we will refund your credit card account if the transactions affected your balance". I still don't have any money in my account - infact my account is sitting at - R2004.11. You guys are playing with peoples lives here. I have a daughter that I need to feed and house. how do I do that if the people that I intrust with my salary are the ones that are allowing to happen. out of all the promises of callback not one callback was made. it has costed me so much just to get hold of you, like you guys give a . lets see what you have to say or how you going to pass the buck.
