The above is a complaint I logged on 27 November 2013. Feedback was given as to why the bill wasn't paid, but once again disappointment. I am still receiving sms's from the dentist stating I need to pay and you know what I do not need you guys to pay the bill just leave it I will pay the bill. please assist me by cancelling my scheme with you guys, because I never received any form of customer satisfaction.

PLEASE END MY SCHEME.

The above complaint was logged on 6 December 2013. I received a call from a consultant on 6 december 2013. She advised she was working on my account and would call me on 9 December 2013 wit feedback regarding the payment issue. I did not receive a call back. However a consultant from cancellations called me, but I advised I am awaiting feedback from the initial consultant. Can a consultant please call me back, as I do not know what is happening with my account. I do not want to have a bad credit rating, because a R500 was not paid. I can pay the money it is not a problem. I need to know what's happening. I hope you guys are able to see who was working on my account, she made a promise and did not keep to it. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
