WENT TO HOSPITAL PHONE CALL CENTRE TO GET POLICY NUMBER, PUT CLAIM IN AND THERE IS A TURNAROUND TIME OF 7 - 14 WORKING DAYS... SO WAITED 14 DAYS NO REPONSE, PHONE AND PUT AN ESCALATION IN THAT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 7 DAYS AFTER THAT STILL NOTING... EVENTUALLY IT IS DECLINED BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG POLICY NUMBER... RESEND WITH CORRECT NUMBER... WAIT WAIT WAIT THIS HAS NO BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS. GOT A PHONE CALL TODAY... THAT IS WAS DECLINED ONCE AGAIN DUE TO AN EXCLUSION...???
