Delay in processing of transfer of ownership

I had began the process of purchasing an apartment in Gauteng, during June 2013. It is now nearing the end of August and due to the delay of Standard Bank and their attorneys, the ownership has still not been finalised. As a result of this, I now have to pay occupational rent for a second month. This delay is ridiculous, and when we had enquired with the attorneys as to the nature of the delay, they had not replied to us (even after assuring us that they would).

I would like to know when the ownership will be finalised, as this transfer should have taken place a month ago.
