Very disappointing empty promises

20.8.13 I captured an online req for Samsung tab 7 device at R169. 48 Hrs later I was contacted by FNB confirming my appl and stating that Digital Planet will contact me shortly. I promised this device as a birthday gift for someone else. a Week later I received a call from FNB (Stefanie) to inform me that they don't have stock and they can offer me the Samsung Note 8 but at a higher rate of R259.00. Well reluctantly I agreed and waited patiently for Digital Planet's call. Well surprise surprise I received another call from E Moodley 16.9.13 to once again disappoint me hugely with the out of stock story without providing reasons. What frustrates me even more is the fact that my friend (same situation) that took her complaint to Hello Peter after her first disappointment received a call from D Planet 16.9.13 confirming delivery date. I that decided to give FNB benefit of the doubt albeit meaning that I had to disappoint someone else am pulling on the shorter end. Why FNB Why. You created expectation twice without delivering on your promises. I am sad please make me happy again. Don't discriminate I want the S Note 8 immediately. Keep your promise so that I can keep mine.
