Disappointing

I have been reading the reports here about Alexander Forbes and their reluctance to pay out claims. To be honest I now feel so dejected and hopeless that I could spend 3, 4, even 8 months before I receive my claim. :(
They dont realise that sometimes people claim their money when they are in a serious need. Guess I will have to go hungry a while longer.
I have been trying to get my hard-earned money from them for two weeks now and I have already made several trips to SARS because of mistakes AF made on my tax directive.
I left my job some months ago and I am trying to lift my own business up and I made the FATAL mistake of counting on AF to pay out efficiently. Big mistake! Now I face my name being black listed for non-payment of other debts and I cant buy all the equipment I need for my business.
I think I am going to go to the police on Thursday and report and. All this just to get MY OWN money back LOL!!! Funny enough when they were taking from me it was instant the money never even touched my account. I doubt they would survive as a business if we made them sign forms and send scans for weeks before giving them our money.
