4 Months still no payout!

I was employed at Game (mass discounters) for a few years. About 5 months ago i was dismissed. Signed all paper work including forms to release the money from alexander forbes. To this day i am still waiting. Tried calling but just get put on hold. Ive been patient but your claimed payout time is 4-6 weeks, its been much longer. My accounts are increasing. Please help.
