Wrong way around

Reported a leaking water pipe yesterday. This morning a plumber arrive and start with the repair process. After 4 hours an assessor arrives and then inform us Outsurance will not pay because it is corrosion. Wow, now I am stuck with the bill of the plumber and without me getting other quotes or opinions. Why didn't you send out the assessor first! This is unacceptable.
