Incorrect Fees and No Response

Hi There, I originally sent an e-mail to ABSA on 5 August 2013 (more than 2 weeks ago), to which I have STILL had NO response. The inquiry was as follows: Good day, I hope that you are well. I have checked my last 2 or so statements from ABSA and notice that I have been charged for fees that I have not had to pay in the past (In excess of R300 on 1 August). I am on a student silver account (ID Number *) and am a full time, registered student at UKZN (Student Number *). Please can you advise why I am being charged for ATM withdrawals, EFTs, etc. when this was previously included in the monthly payment of R30 and R16.50 service fee? Thanks. This is unacceptable treatment of a customer to not receive some feedback and a timeous response!
