I phoned in due to my premium going up by nearly 15%. After adding a new car 3months ago as a replacement for my vehicle - which is absurd to me that my policy is reviewed every 2 years independant of my vehicle, even though my premiums went up upon adding the vehicle. When phoning your retentions department I got such a lack of interest in my issue that I felt like closing my contract straight away!! Sort this out guys, really... for a company that wants to be a leader this is terrible!
